Great snack between meals or with a cuppa.
Ingredients
a:4:{i:0;s:34:”Two white peaches, cut into wedges”;i:1;s:19:”100g haloumi cheese”;i:2;s:17:”Eight crispbreads”;i:3;s:16:”Eight slices ham”;}
Instructions
- Cut haloumi into thin slices. Place in a heated pan and cook until just golden on both sides. Remove from the pan
- Top crisp breads with a slice of ham, a piece of baked haloumi and a slice of white peach
